Step 1

Analyze client requirements

The lighting designer will come to site to discousse any idea that you might have and will explain the different possible options for your space. He/she will require your plans at this stage.

Step 2

Plans

Once the lighting design has been discussed with the client our designing team will start making your drawing. We require plans from you which we will then mark up on a computer. We will print you a copy of this design.

Step 3

Quotation

Once the lighting design has been drawn up we will then create a quotation room by room that can be emailled or faxed to you.

Step 4

Product Specification

If required, product specification sheets can be provided for each of the lightings. This will include details on the the product dimensions, etc. Specification for some of product are availiable on our web site.

Fees

You can come to our office and meet our lighting designer and discuss with her/him your scale drawings and options. We can show you different products and how they work. We have a variety of simples of different products. This step will help you to unterstand other options and benefits of the products. This service is free.

Drawings

$45/hr

Once you have provided us with a copy of your drawing and based on what is discussed at the meeting with our designer, she/he will add your drawings to our computer system which will allow us to print a copy of the lighting design for you. Together with the copy we will provide you with a full quotation. Specification of all product will be includet upon request.
A quote for the design costs will be given once we have seen the drawings which will allow us to estimate how much time it will take.

Site Visit

$65/hr

Light Media lighting designer can come out to you whether or not we have seen you at our office to discuss possible lighting design on site.
Site visits maybe limited by the site location.
